Monochrome
All images are un-staged and have been taken using FP4 developed in D76 at 1:1. The camera used was a Leica M2 with a standard 50mm lens. The pictures were taken in available light and scans are taken from darkroom prints made by me, which in most cases have received minimal intervention at the printing stage, thus little or no correction of contrast or cropping from what has been recorded on the original negative. In my approach to photography I prefer to maintain a consistency and simplicity of method. I enjoy just walking around with my camera and photographing anything I think makes up an interesting composition within the aspect ratio of the viewfinder and try to strike a balance between precise framing and the timing of the shot.
